You can start introducing your baby to tummy time from three to four months. As a parent, encourage the child to push their head up by themselves. By putting their favourite toy in good reach, will encourage them to try crawling.

Crawling is great for a baby’s physical development. So give the baby plenty of space to discover their surroundings because they will be excited they can finally move around by themselves. A good idea is to let them crawl before bed so it’ll tire them out. Crawling is also good for strengthening neck muscles and helps upper body strength.
