- Make sure you arrive on time, your entry time is fixed to avoid overcrowding
- Large bags, suitcases or prams are not allowed inside. There is a cloakroom and lockers available at the entrance
- Wear comfy shoes, the walk through experience typically takes just over an hour!
- One room features a bubble bath ball‑pit where you must wear socks to enter. No bare feet allowed… so don’t forget your socks!
