General Admission gives you entry to Sandcastle Waterpark for a 3-hour session. Session start times are shown when you choose your date online, and available slots run at 30-minute intervals from opening.
Tickets include access to the UK’s largest indoor waterpark, with 18 slides and attractions in a heated tropical 84 degree climate. Guests aged 12+ and children aged 8-11 can access all slides, with age, height and weight restrictions applying on selected attractions.
Children aged 3-7 can enjoy selected family attractions. Children aged 6 and 7 may be able to ride Sidewinder if they are at least 1.1m tall, but bigger rides such as MasterBlaster, Montazooma and Aztec Falls are excluded for younger children.
Under 3s go free, but they still need a ticket booked online. Disabled guest and carer tickets are available at the child rate, with proof of DLA or PIP required at Reception alongside your booking confirmation.
Some extras and upgrades are not included in standard admission, including Tiki Cabana hire, Seabreeze Spa and other paid extras.
