All tickets are pre-booked for a timed arrival. You should arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and briefing. Harnessed activities also include safety checks, briefing and practice before you start.
Not every ticket includes every activity. Food, parking and souvenir videos are charged separately, and some activities have minimum height, weight and supervision rules.

There are six main adventures across the site: High Ropes, Dual Zip Trekking, Power Fan Descender, Speed Slides, Bag Jump and the Net Adventure Park. That means you can book one short adrenaline hit or stack several activities into a longer day.
The experience works best if you check the height and supervision rules before booking. Net Adventure Park is the most accessible option for younger children, while the bigger aerial activities are aimed at taller and more confident participants.

The Net Adventure Park has a minimum age of 4 and no minimum height. Children aged 4 to 6 must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the Net Park at all times.
Ticket Instructions & Booking Process

- Booking in advance gives you the standard online rate, on-the-day prices can be higher
- Pre-booked entry helps you head straight to check-in and briefing faster
- Ticket policy: Activities must be pre-booked, and ticket prices may be higher on the day. A £2.50 booking fee is added per transaction.
- Age requirements: Net Park minimum age is 4. Speed Slides and Power Fan require minimum height 1.3m. Zip Trek, Bag Jump and High Ropes require minimum height 1.4m. Minimum weight is 20kg and maximum weight is 120kg.
- Adult supervision: Under 15s need a ticket-holding adult on Zip Trek and High Ropes. Under 15s need a supervising adult present for Speed Slides, Bag Jump and Power Fan. Guests aged 15 to 17 need an adult aged 18+ onsite.
- Excluded add-ons: Parking, food and drink, and souvenir videos are not included.
- Payment method: Gripped does not accept cash on site. Card payments only, excluding AMEX.
- Dog policy: Pets are not allowed. Assistance dogs are permitted.
- Carer policy: Disabled guests pay full price and may bring one free carer aged 18+ with valid proof such as DLA or PIP evidence, award letter, Access Card, National Disability Card, Carers Card or a valid Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months.
