Most families spend between 4 and 5 hours at Hobbledown Heath, and many find they still haven't seen everything by the time they leave. With four outdoor themed villages, the Great Barn indoor play barn, over 100 animals to meet, daily keeper talks and seasonal events, there is genuinely enough to fill a full day. If you're arriving after 2:30pm on the Afternoon Saver ticket, plan for around 2 to 3 hours depending on closing time.

Your tickets will be emailed to you immediately after booking. Show the e-ticket on your phone at the entrance - no printing required. Make sure you download your tickets before you travel in case of poor signal at the venue.

Most seasonal activities and theming are included with your general admission ticket at no extra cost. The Carnival of Colour, running across four weekends in June 2026, is included with standard entry. Bookable Animal Experiences are a separate paid product and are not included with general admission. A General Admission ticket includes full day entry from 10am with access to all outdoor adventure villages, the Great Barn indoor play barn, over 100 farm and zoo animals in themed open enclosures, jumping pillows, sensory gardens and woodland trails. Daily keeper talks and animal demonstrations are also included. The Net Park treetop adventure, meal deals, souvenir marbles and all-day parking are not included with General Admission - these are included with the Ultimate Family Ticket, or can be added separately.

Children under 2 go free but you must still add a free under-2 ticket to your booking to guarantee entry. Children aged 12 to 24 months are ticketed separately from birth to 12 months - check the booking page for the correct ticket type when adding young children to your order.

The park is open Monday and Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm.
