What's Included in your ticket
Day Entry Tickets give you full-day admission from 10am until closing, with last entry at 3pm. 7 Day Entry Tickets include seven consecutive days of return visits. Afternoon Saver tickets allow entry from 1.30pm and are only available on peak and super peak dates.
All standard tickets include access to outdoor play areas, attractions, gardens and facilities. Most rides are included, but some optional extras are charged separately on the day.
If you are visiting during Easter Egg'splorers, the Easter trail and event activities are included with standard admission during the live event dates. Booking in advance is cheaper than booking on the day, and a £2.50 booking fee applies per transaction.

- General admission lets you arrive any time before the 3pm last entry
- Please note that some rides have height restrictions.
- Wear comfy shoes for exploring the castle grounds and gardens.
- Check the weather forecast! Many activities and attractions are outdoors, so pack suncream or a raincoat!
- Your ticket includes full day access so we recommend getting there to take full advantage! There's plenty to see and do!
- Dogs are welcome on leads in outside areas but not inside the castle or café.
