Ticket Instructions & Booking Process

- Get there 15 minutes early so you’ve got time to check in, sign your waiver, attend the safety briefing and get kitted out. Psttt... once you've signed the waiver, it's valid for a whole year.
- Slots are limited, especially after school or weekends so we recommend booking early
- Got long hair? Make sure to tie it back before climbing.
- Pop any jewellery, watches, phones, coins, and keychains somewhere safe. Lockers are available if you need them.
