Can I choose a specific entry time?

Yes - all tickets are booked for a specific 10-minute entry time slot. Select your preferred time during checkout. Arriving at your booked time slot guarantees entry and avoids queues. Anytime Entry Tickets (from £25 per adult) are also available if you'd prefer full flexibility on the day.

Do I need to book tickets for under 2s?

Children under 2 go free, but you'll still need to add a free under-2 ticket to your booking to guarantee entry. Children aged 2 and over require a paid ticket.

Are seasonal events like included in the standard ticket?

Most seasonal activities and theming are included in your general admission ticket!

Are there VIP experiences available?

Yes - three premium experiences are available to book separately: Breakfast With The Seals: from £75 per person (£60 with annual pass). Includes an exclusive seal feeding session before the park opens, a full breakfast, and a 1-hour VIP tour. Minimum 2, maximum 6 people. Marine Biologist Experience: £225 per person (£175 with annual pass). For ages 11+. Spend the day with the animal care team, learning about creatures, habitats and feeding habits. Sharks After Dark: £250 for up to 6 people (£200 with annual pass). Private after-hours access with a guided tour lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Must include at least one adult aged 18+. VIP experiences can be added at checkout or upgraded on the day at the entrance, subject to availability.

Is there parking at SEA LIFE Scarborough?

There's no on-site car park owned by SEA LIFE, but Scalby Mills Pay and Display car park is located directly outside the centre and is the most convenient option for visitors. Parking is charged between March and October, and free of charge from November through to the end of February. Disabled parking bays are available - please display your blue badge.

By Train:

You can access SEA LIFE Scarborough by catching a train to Scarborough Train Station. Then either get a taxi or hop onto the 9A bus from directly outside the station which will bring you to the centre.

The North Bay Miniature Railway will also bring you directly to SEA LIFE Scarborough from its location near Peasholm Park.

By Bus:

From Scarborough Town Centre: Hop on the East Yorkshire Motor Services (EYMS) buses 9, 9A, or 10, which provide regular services from Scarborough’s town centre directly to the North Bay, where SEA LIFE is located.
