All jumpers must complete a waiver, and under 18s need a parent or legal guardian to complete it. Open Jump has a minimum age of 4, Toddler Takeover is for ages 1 to 6, children under 5 must be supervised throughout the activity, and the minimum age to enter the park unattended is 12. Grip socks are required and only AirHop branded grip socks are accepted. Outside food and drink are not allowed, except birthday cake for booked parties in the designated room. Payment method policy for Liverpool is cashless. Eligible carers can receive one free companion ticket with valid documentation such as DLA, PIP, Blue Badge, CVI or an Access Card.
