Standard entry includes timed admission to The FRIENDS™ Experience: The One in London. You will explore the walk-through sets, themed installations and exhibition areas at your booked entry time.
Free entry for children under 4 when accompanied by a parent or guardian, with up to 4 free child tickets per booking. Child discounted tickets are available for ages 4 to 15.

What's On - Events and Activities
The FRIENDS™ Experience: The One in London is built for fans who want more than a quick photo stop. You can move through replica rooms, spot recognisable props and take your own pictures as you go.
The route is self-guided, so you can take your time around the sets and exhibition-style displays. There are also extra in-house photo opportunities and a retail area once you finish the walkthrough.
Photo Opportunities Throughout
Photography and video are allowed throughout the experience. Tripods, light stands and reflectors are not permitted, but you can use your phone to capture the sets and props.
Merchandise and Extra Photos
At the end of the experience, you can visit the retail area for exclusive merchandise. Premium digital and printed photos are also available to buy separately at selected points.

Ticket Instructions & Booking Process
- Tickets are sent by email after booking and can also be accessed through your Universe account.
- Show your mobile ticket on arrival, there is no need to print it.
- Booking ahead is recommended because timed-entry ticket holders get priority over on-the-door visitors.
- Arrive 10 minutes before your slot for faster entry, guests may be admitted up to 15 minutes after the start time.
