- Tickets will be emailed to you as soon as you complete your booking
- No printing is required; the attraction will scan your tickets on your phone
- No queueing or stressing when you get there to buy tickets
- Fast & Easy Admission to the attraction
- Wear comfortable clothing that moves with you (leggings, shorts, t-shirts)
- Bring or buy Jump Inc grip socks (regular socks are not allowed on equipment)
- Arrive 15 minutes before your session to check in and get briefed on safety rules
- Make sure to sign the waiver, otherwise you won't be allowed to jump. (Once the waiver is completed, it's valid for 12 months)
- No food or drink allowed on the trampolines, but plenty of seating nearby to relax and refuel
- There are lockers available for valuables on a first come, first served basis
