Parking is also free. Spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are toilets at the entrance and throughout the park. However, there are no toilets around the Safari drive-through - you'll need to head to the toilets in the car park.

There are baby changing facilities in all toilet blocks.

All areas are accessible to pushchairs, you can also hire them for £8 (single pushchair) or £12 (double pushchair). They have to be booked online prior to your visit.

Assistance/Guide dogs are welcome in the pedestrianised area only. They are not allowed in certain animal enclosures or on the Safari Drive.

Dogs need to be on leads at all times.

Dino Diner serves pizza and tasty pasta, as well as fish and chips. Burger Co serves a range of burgers, nuggets and mini burgers - they have options for vegan, vegetarians and gluten-free too.

There's also the Lost City Food Court where you can grab an array of tasty treats. From burritos and loaded fries to churros, sweets, bubble waffles and hot and cold drinks.

There are plenty of picnic benches located around the park and walk-through areas where you can enjoy a packed lunch.

However, the natural contours of the ground means there are various gradients - but they've worked hard to minimise difficulty. The Safari Walk has tarmac and compressed gravel and the African Walking Trail has a steep incline, which isn't recommended for wheelchair usesrs.

The venue can be hired for weddings, corporate events and birthday celebrations.
