Ticket inclusions depend on the activity you book at Rock Up Hull. Climbing sessions include a full safety briefing, harness equipment and access to the climbing arena. Toddler Climb & Play sessions are designed for younger children and include soft play.
For regular climbing sessions, the official site says sessions last around 90 minutes in total. That includes the arrival period and safety briefing at the session start time, followed by around 55 minutes in the climbing arena.
Rock Up Hull also has soft play, and some session types or extras may need to be booked separately. If a product or upgrade is not shown in your booking basket, do not assume it is included.

- Wall climbing is available from age 4. Toddler Climb & Play is suitable up to age 5.
- At least 1 adult must remain on site for every 4 children.
- Some session types require accompanying adults to be added during booking or charges will apply on site.
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes. Open-toed shoes and high heels are not allowed.
- Long hair must be tied back before climbing.
