Rock Up Hull is built for active family days out that do not depend on the weather. The centre combines colourful climbing walls with vertical challenges and a soft play area, so there is something to suit both younger children and older climbers.
Wall climbing is available from age 4, and the routes are designed for different sizes and confidence levels. You do not need previous climbing experience, which makes it a practical choice for first visits as well as repeat sessions.
Vertical challenges included
Alongside the main walls, climbers can take on the Vertical Drop Slide and Stairway to Heaven. The official site states the Vertical Drop Slide is for climbers over 1.2m.
Toddler sessions for younger children
Toddler Climb & Play sessions are suitable up to age 5. These sessions are designed to give younger children their own climbing and soft play experience away from the main arena format.
