General Admission gives you entry to ZSL London Zoo from the time shown on your ticket. Paid tickets can be used any time after that stated entry time, with last entry one hour before the zoo closes.
Your ticket covers general admission to the zoo and access to daily animal talks and exhibits open on the day. Some experiences, parking, food, drink and shop purchases cost extra.
Under 3s go free, and one free carer ticket is available on arrival for a disabled visitor where required. Concession tickets are available for visitors aged 65+, students with ID and disabled adults.

You can plan your route around the zoo's main habitats, stop for daily talks and use the family-friendly facilities across the site. Most visits take around 3 to 4 hours, although you can stay longer within opening hours.
Children under 16 must be with an adult, and under 3s go free. If you are visiting with a buggy, wheelchair or mobility needs, the zoo also offers accessible facilities and hire options.

Some animal exhibits may close up to 30 minutes before closing.
The zoo closes at 17:00 on selected Friday nights for Zoo Nights: 05/06, 12/06, 19/06, 26/06, 03/07, 10/07, 17/07 and 24/07.
