Climbing sessions include a full safety briefing before you head into the arena, so it works well for first-timers as well as confident climbers. There is also soft play for younger visitors, plus extra challenges for older kids and adventurous adults.

Rock Up Manchester is designed for active family days out, with climbing walls, high ropes challenges, vertical challenges and soft play all in one indoor venue. It is a practical pick when you want something energetic that does not depend on the weather.
High ropes and extra challenges
As well as climbing walls, the venue includes high ropes and vertical challenge elements for more confident visitors. High Ropes are included in climbing sessions for climbers over 1.2m tall.
Soft play for younger visitors
Younger children aren't left out either, as Rock Up Manchester also has a soft play area. Toddler Climb & Play is suitable for children up to age 5, with separate soft play sessions also available.
