But from 8th – 17th September it’s free to explore! You’ll find over 5,000 events on everything from historic houses and museums to music halls, formal gardens, graveyards and spaces all across the country!

Until the 20th September, they’re displaying the world’s first mixed reality experience with The Butterfly Trail, which you can check out for FREE! This exhibit is all about the beauty of butterflies, where you can interact with them and explore the Glass House. You can even hold one in your hand using your smartphone!
The brilliant immersive experience is made possible for giant floor-to-ceiling, four-storey high, 16k wrap-around screens! Which is the most advanced in the world! The trail will also take you through a botanical workshop where you can release magical AR butterflies and trigger real-time animation!

York Food Festival

From fabulous Blackpool Tower projections to illuminated tram tours that will take you along the world-famous Blackpool Tramway!
