Karen’s Diner is an Australian chain of restaurants, first launching in Sydney in 2021. As the popularity of the brand has grown, it has expanded into new areas.

There are also a variety of locations to choose from across the UK. Karen’s Diner can be found in Birmingham, Sheffield and Manchester. The newest interactive diner is located in Newport, South Wales and will be open from 17th February 2022.

The Interior

The diner concept is American diner style with themed food and drinks. Expect bright colours with kitsch tablecloths and seating booths.

The Service

Karen’s Diner has a slogan ‘Great Burgers & Very Rude Service’ on their website. This will explain the hilarious, absurdly bad service you’ll receive when dining. This is a place that has theatrical, pantomime vibes with the idea of a restaurant thrown in the mix. With serving staff getting up to all sorts of antics as they come to your table with attitude. They may even throw the menu at your feet, use bad language or stick a middle finger up when you have a request!
