The museum is like a time capsule, showcasing a brilliant collection of brands from the past! You'll find an amazing collection of all your favourite brands, including Rimmel cosmetics from the 1890s, First World War Oxo Cubes, Mars Bars, Rolos and KitKats from the 1930s and a shiny 1970s Chopper Bike.

Things To Do At The Museum Of Brands
Step back in time as you explore the history of all your favourite brands, from Victorian times to the present. Take a trip down memory lane as you walk through the time tunnel! You'll be transported through the decades as you witness the evolution of consumer society. Their new audio installation brings moments and stories to life!
You'll see a huge collection of drink packaging and materials of packaging, as well as over 12,000 original items, including domestic products, toys, posters, games, and more! Did you know you can even explore some of the most influential packaging inventions? There are also plenty of family activities to take part in, like worksheets and even an online quiz!
The museum is totally family-friendly, with trails and adventure bags to kick-start conversations about the brands we know and love. The Museum’s gift shop sells retro-inspired items, many created from images in the collection, including vintage posters, homewares, old-fashioned toys and games, old-school postcards, a range of books, gift wraps, and cards.
There is also a gorgeous south-facing microclimate courtyard garden that is kept beautiful all year round by fantastic volunteer gardeners. The Museum café offers fresh lunches daily, including sandwiches, soups, salads and cakes, plus speciality coffees and teas.
