Position: Brand Partnership Manager

Location: Longbridge Technology Park, Birmingham

Field and office based, full-time
Monday to Friday Competitive Salary

The opportunity:

We’re looking for a lively people-person to join our team as Partnership Manager.  You’ll have the opportunity to take the lead with our attraction and brand partnership strategy, working with the biggest and best attractions and family brands in the UK to develop long term strategic relationships.

Your overall goal will be to sell-in ticketing and marketing packages, always ensuring that our community of users is at the heart of everything we do. This means identifying new and exciting opportunities, helping us to break new ground and lead the industry as the “go to” website for families looking for days out. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain key relationships with attractions and family brands
  • Work to KPI targets to meet with and sign up partners to ticketing and marketing packages
  • Help to raise the profile of DOWTK within the attraction and family sectors
  • Attend industry and networking events to establish new relationships and be a brand ambassador for DOWTK
  • Work closely with the brand team to roll out marketing content
  • Help to improve and diversify user choice on the website by recruiting new attractions and sharing suggestions for improvements with the attractions team
  • Actively seek out new targets and continually evolve the top target strategy
  • Demonstrate value, measured results and maintain effective communication with all partners

Required skills and experience:

  • Family/travel industry experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience in strategic account growth and B2C marketing
  • New business ability
  • Strong presentation Skills
  • Full Clean Driving License
  • Preferably Midlands based

Content Administrator

Office Based, Full-time, 3 month post

We’re looking for a hands-on, opportunity spotting individual to join us for the summer months as a Content Administrator, based in our South Birmingham offices.

With an exciting new brand concept to get your teeth into, this role offers the chance to help and entice our audience of explorers to find their next fantastic adventure by making sure we list the best of the UK’s attractions on our site – including all of those amazing hidden gems. 

You’ll be able to work to clear priorities and strategic goals, always be on the look out for better ways to do things, new ideas and ways to make our site the best out there. You’ll be confident in your ability to learn about a vast array of days out quickly by immersing yourself in the world of family attractions. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with the attractions team to prioritise and add new attractions to the site
  • Build a strategic regional process to get new attractions onto the site in order of priority and ensure a good spread across key target locations
  • Liaise with attractions to get them listed and help to upsell listing and marketing packages. 

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Previous attractions industry experience preferable
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
