Princess Diana Memorial Playground
Kensington, Greater LondonAbout Princess Diana Memorial Playground
What better way to honour the late Princess Diana than with a Memorial Playground for children?
A legacy of love and play awaits you on the huge wooden pirate ship, which protects all that ail on her. There are various toys and sculptures dotted around to inspire creativity and plenty of seating for parents. The pirate ship itself has its own beach, which only adds to the sense of adventure!
There are tepees to play in and a sensory trail, which is part of an overall design to bring less able and able-bodied children to play together, sharing in discovery and growing in confidence. Over 1,000,000 children enjoy this space every year, which is set against a beautiful backdrop of trees and plants that promotes a tranquil, indulgent space for all.
Set sail on a voyage of your own imagination!
