Suspended high in the trees, the trampoline-style nets are a brilliant option for families who want big thrills without the heights of the full trek. Children can bounce, slide and explore while parents watch from below - it's chaotic, brilliant fun for ages 3 and up.

Treetop Drop

For those who want to face their fears head-on, the Treetop Drop launches you from 46ft up in a controlled freefall to the ground. It's over in seconds but the bragging rights last considerably longer.

Before you visit

• Wear trainers or walking boots with good grip - no open-toed shoes
• Dress to move: covered shoulders and knee-length shorts or trousers (no skirts or dresses on the course)
• Arrive 30 minutes before your session for check-in and safety briefing
• Pre-booking is essential, especially in peak season - time slots sell out fast
• Dogs are welcome on site and must be kept on a lead
• Picnics are welcome - bring your own or grab something from the Brockhole Visitors Centre nearby

As we’re located in Brockhole on Windermere, there’s plenty of food and beverage outlets nearby for you to choose from, or you’re welcome to bring a picnic to site and enjoy it at our picnic tables.

Our Top Tips For Visiting Zip World Windermere

- Lace up your trainers or walking boots for awesome grip and comfy support!

- Dress to climb: cover those shoulders and opt for knee-length shorts (skirts stay home!). Remember to wear clothes for adventure!

The site also has a gift shop where you can grab a Zip World momento to remember your adventure with us forever. We also welcome well-behaved dogs on site as we know how they are also a part of the family. There is not a cafe on site but we welcome you to bring a picnic to enjoy in nature as you look up at the treetop adventures.
