Predator Experience
Lake District, CumbriaAbout Predator Experience
In the natural world it doesn’t make much sense to actively seek out and get close to predators. However that’s what you’ll get at the Predator Experience.
Set within the stunning Lake District National Park in Cumbria, you can join a wolf pack wandering through the countryside or step inside a fox enclosure to watch how they interact with the wolves. Learn how to handle and fly an eagle, marvelling at the sight as it soars 500-1000 ft. above your head and take your hawk for a walk, watching it fly from tree to tree in a beautiful display of connection between nature and wildlife.
If you want to get really serious, The Predator Experience gives you the chance to meet snakes and tarantulas and learn all about how they catch their prey as well as about the part they play in biodiversity. If you’re searching for an experience day with a difference in Cumbria, this is where you can fly owls and other birds of prey
