About Bigland Hall Equestrian
BHS approvedBigland Hall Equestrian offer a variety of well mannered mounts for lessons, which are available for all ages, scenic hacks and cross country rides. Beginner rides are based around the Bigland Estate, with fantastic views over the River Leven and the surrounding valley but if you're nervous you can start with a half hour lesson first walking out and getting used to your new buddy!
Indoor and outdoor schooling features take weather out of the equation and their horse and pony trekking specifically for beginners is a big bonus with children so its a great place to bring them to get started!
The lead rein ride is a 45 minute jaunt going through the quiet local lanes and shows some impressive views over the local countryside and rivers. The estate ride is a little longer and a little more complex and best suited to those who've already been a few times. It takes in some scenic climbs plus woodland bridle paths and is great for confident improvers.
For those even further along the learning curve there are Advanced Flatwork and Jumping tuition and Classical Dressage Training available too!
