By car From M6: Exit at junction 36 and follow A590 to Ulverston From Kendal: Take the A6 and join the A590 to Ulverston From Windermere: Take the A592 and join the A590 to Ulverston Parking: There are c.400 parking spaces (including blue badge spaces) spread across 6 car parks all within 2-10 minutes' walk of The Coro, Theatre Street being the closest. Most car parks are free after 6pm but please check signs before parking to be sure. Theatre street car park Buxton Place car park Brewery street car park (with electric charging points) Daltongate car park Stockbridge Lane car park The Gill car park There is also plentiful on-street parking south of the railway line within 5-10 minutes’ walk of The Coro. By train There are regular services to and from Barrow-in-Furness (20 mins) and Lancaster (40 mins), with onward connections to Preston and Manchester, including a direct service to Manchester Airport. Ulverston Station is 8-15 minutes’ walk from The Coro. By bus X6: runs hourly between Barrow and Kendal. 6: runs three to five times daily to and from Windermere. X12: runs three times a day on weekdays to and from Coniston. All stop at Victoria Road, 2 minutes’ walk from The Coro.
