Godstone Farm is a family farm park in the Surrey Hills, packed with animals, outdoor play, Surrey’s biggest soft play and The World of Dinosaur Roar! Discovery Trail. Your ticket includes access to the farm trail, animal areas, indoor Play Barn, outdoor adventure play, jumping pillows and dinosaur trail, making it a full day out whatever the weather.

Summer of Fun 2026
During the summer holidays, Godstone Farm’s Summer of Fun includes daily foam parties, Tiny Tots Bubble Rave, mini golf, LEGO brick walk, hobby horse racing, lawn games, creative activities, a summer trail and Animals in Action. Standard entry also includes the farm trail, outdoor adventure play, Surrey’s biggest soft play, jumping pillows and The World of Dinosaur Roar! Discovery Trail.
Things To Do at Godstone Farm & Play Barn
Godstone Farm packs an enormous amount into your ticket price. Your welcome leaflet and map will give you animal interaction times throughout the day - make sure you keep hold of it!
Animals & Nature
Meet over 500 animals on the farm trail, including horses, donkeys, llamas, alpacas, goats, sheep, pigs, cows, meerkats, a skunk, rabbits, guinea pigs and ferrets. Visit the Reptile House for encounters with bearded dragons, iguanas, snakes, geckos and an assortment of mini beasts and arachnids. Walk the Rabbit Walk, explore the Pond Walk, and spend time in the Animal Interaction Barn where guaranteed hands-on animal sessions run throughout the day.
Outdoor Play
Head outside for acres of adventure. Bounce on the brand new Bouncing Pillows, tackle the climbing frames, giant slides and swings on the Huge Adventure Playground, or dig to your heart's content in the Giant Sandpit with diggers and sand toys. Explore Kate's Garden for wild play and a kids' own construction zone, and discover Wiglet's Play Village with its outdoor play areas and ball zone fun.
World of Dinosaur Roar! Discovery Trail
Do you hear that ROAR? Discover 40 life-sized dinosaur models based on the beloved children's book series by Peter Curtis, in association with the Natural History Museum. Meet the mighty T-Rex, the Triceratops, the Stegosaurus and the Diplodocus as you wind through the picturesque woodland trail - it's included in your ticket!
Indoor Play Barn
When the weather turns, head inside to Surrey's biggest soft play - spanning 352 m2 across four tiers with seven slides and capacity for 200 children. There are dedicated areas for babies, toddlers and bigger kids, plus the Imaginary Play Zone and Sensory Area upstairs, featuring a role-play vets, supermarket and camping area. The Play Barn has a lift for full wheelchair and pushchair access.
Food & Drink
Wiglet's Cafe (inside the Play Barn, open until 4:30pm) serves hot and cold food to eat in or take away, from pulled pork and Mediterranean chicken to vegan meatballs - plus sandwiches, paninis and snacks.
The Courtyard Kitchen is open on weekends and during school holidays (last orders 4pm), with burgers, hot dogs, jacket potatoes, katsu curry, fries, gyozas and sweet treats. On weekdays during term time it serves hot drinks and snacks until 2:30pm.
The Top Shop has ice cream, pizza and hot dogs too. You're welcome to bring your own picnic - tables are dotted across the farm, with a limited number under cover near Kate's Garden.

SEND & Accessibility
Godstone Farm is proud to be accessible and inclusive. All buildings are single-storey except the Play Barn, which has a lift to both floors. Pathways are a mixture of concrete and gravel with step-free routes across the farm.
SEND playbarn sessions run on the first Saturday of every month, offering a quieter, dedicated experience for families with additional needs. SEND sessions are also available during the Christmas experience. Full details are on the Godstone Farm website.

Location
Godstone Farm is set within the stunning Surrey Hills, just three minutes from Junction 6 of the M25 - making it an easy reach from London and across the South East. The nearest train station is Caterham, with bus services 409 and 410 serving Godstone village.
Please note the car park is locked at 6pm.

Step back in time and embark on a thrilling journey of discovery! Perfect for budding palaeontologists and adventurous families, you'll wind through the picturesque woodland as you encounter life-sized dinosaur models, including the mighty T-Rex and the towering Brachiosaurus!
The World of Dinosaur Roar Discovery Trail brings the characters from the books to life! In association with the Natural History Museum.
Amazing Animal Experiences
Get up close and personal with a range of adorable animals at Godstone Farm. From mischievous meerkats and cuddly piglets to friendly goats and woolly sheep.

Godstone Farm is usually open from 10.00am to 4.45pm. During the summer holidays, from 23 July to 31 August 2026, the farm is open from 10.00am to 5.45pm, with last entry at 5pm. Opening times may vary for after-school sessions and special events.
Please note: On the first Saturday of each month, the Play Barn opens to general visitors at 10:30am (not 10:00am) due to the SEND session running beforehand.

By Car
From London: Take the M25 and exit at Junction 6 for the A22 towards Eastbourne/Caterham/Godstone. Follow the signs for Godstone, and the village is just a few minutes' drive from the motorway exit. The journey typically takes around 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic.
From Brighton: Head north on the A23 and merge onto the M23 towards London. Exit the M23 at Junction 9 and follow the A264 towards East Grinstead. From there, take the A22 towards Godstone. The drive will take approximately 45 minutes.
By Train
The nearest train station is Caterham Station.
From London: Take a train from London Victoria or London Bridge to Redhill Station. The journey takes about 30-35 minutes. From Redhill, you can either take a 10-minute taxi ride or catch a bus to Godstone (details below).
By Bus
From Redhill: The Southdown 410 bus service runs regularly from Redhill Bus Station to Godstone Village Green. The journey takes around 15-20 minutes. This is an ideal option if you're arriving at Redhill Station by train and want a direct route into the village.
From Caterham: The Southdown 409 bus connects Caterham with Godstone, offering a scenic route through the Surrey countryside. The journey takes about 20-25 minutes and drops you off in the centre of Godstone Village.
