Junior members get access to our modern fitness centre during dedicated Junior Gym hours, as well as use of the swimming pools and badminton courts during off-peak times. All Junior Gym sessions are supervised by our experienced Fitness Instructors, ensuring a safe and positive experience for everyone.

Before using the gym, each junior member will complete a mandatory induction session. This helps them learn how to use the equipment safely and understand the gym guidelines.

For those who prefer team games over gym workouts, we’ve got that covered too. During Junior Gym hours, the Sports Hall is open with activities like badminton, basketball, and other indoor games – perfect for those who want to stay active with friends.
