The Aqua Vale Swimming and Fitness Centre features everything water lovers could possibly want. Pick from a wide variety of swimming sessions from lane swimming in the competition standard 25-metre main pool or a wet and wild experience in the leisure pool. Float down the lazy river, tackle the two flumes, scream if you want to go faster on the drop slides or enjoy the fizzy sensations of the bubble beds.

Aqua Vale holds award-winning swimming lessons for children and adults too! And hey, if you're after a unique experience head over to the Glass House Pool - it's connected to the leisure pool.

Keep your eyes peeled for half-term family fun sessions like the Family Waterslides Sessions, they run from 9am - 7pm! You can also enjoy children's crash course swimming sessions which are perfect for correcting the stroke technique and they give your child some additional swimming lesson time. Your kids follow the lead of a qualified team of swim coaches.

Swimming is accessible to all! You'll find accessible showers, Accessible toilet facilities, a pool wheelchair, hoist, baby change facilities & more. Check out our accessibility section below for further info!

Alongside our superb aquatic facilities, you can also enjoy our large, well-appointed gym, dedicated group cycling studio and varied group exercise programme. You can also enjoy our dance studio, while we also have two 3G artificial football pitches available for hire.

They also offer a Sports Shop, Supervised Children's Parties and Fitness 4 Kidz Studio and Gym Sessions!

Post-workout you can enjoy luxury spa facilities like the sauna - if you are a regular gym goer then you should get the standard Gym Membership as it includes gym, swimming, exercise classes & saunas. If you want full access to all spa facilities then you should get the Platinum Membership.

Need to refuel? There are extensive vending facilities available alongside a cafe! Enjoy drinks and snacks after an energising day in the pool lanes or on the gym floors.

Transport & Parking for Visitors

There are 128 Parking Spaces in total & 8 Accessible Parking Bays. Permits are available for 4 hours free parking for leisure centre users. Please collect a permit from Reception and display clearly in your vehicle.
