About Meadowlands Leisure Pool
Meadowlands offers 2 indoor heated pools one for serious swimming and development, plus one with fabulous flume slide, river rapids and interactive water play fun features for children! Oooh which one are you going to pick?!
Well the honest answer is that you should really do both, with one as the reward for the other! Remember that it's not all about fun and games (no, really, it's not!) and that the ability to swim capably and confidently can save your kiddie's life, so why not work them out and train them up in the one before letting them go nuts i the other! Excellent parenting!
Swimming lessons also available and if you're running short of any aquatic accoutrements (or just flat out forget one of them!) then they handily sell lots of Zoggs products on site from swim suits to water buoyancy and water confidence toys.
There are also Pool Parties available here for the munchkin's next social day, plus tennis courts if some of your group would rather stay dry side. And if it's nice and sunny then you can have a nice family picnic before or after (or both - greedy!) in the Tavistock Meadows which surround the centre. Lovely!
