2 RIDES - THIS IS AN AUTOMATIC BUNDLE.

Choose your first ride, time and date. Then choose your second ride and time (it has to be on the same date), and your discount will show in the basket. Our time buffers will stop you from booking in too close together, but you can spread them out a bit to allow time for lunch. You can book any ride (excluding Open Water Swimming) and do them in any order. All bookings are subject to availability.

3 & 4 RIDE BUNDLES

These bundles give some massive discounts. They’re pre-set, built by us, and fixed in running time and order. We offer a range of these bundles depending on the time of year and based on what’s available.They cannot be broken up, rearranged, spread out or swapped. Choose the bundle you like, select your start time (note your arrival time is 30-60 minutes before your start time) and your date and you’re off. The full breakdown will be in your confirmation email.

LATENESS FOR BUNDLES

As the rides are linked, lateness for arrival will impact the whole day. DONT BE LATE, YOU MAY MISS OUT. WHEN ONE RIDE FINISHES, HEAD STRAIGHT TO THE NEXT. If you are running late, call us as early as you can. Refunds/Postponements will not be offered for lateness.

IF YOU CAN'T FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR

3 & 4 ride bundles are fixed and have limited availability. If you can’t find what you’re looking for then try booking one of these:

- (ONLINE) Book a double 2-ride bundle (PP): you can book TWO 2-ride bundles, which allows you to make room for lunch, do them in a different order, or even double up on a favourite ride (each bundle must be made up of unique rides). The booking system won’t let you book them too close together, you’ll need to arrive early (9-10am) spread them across the day. You won’t quite get the same discount as a pre-set 4-ride bundle but it gives you all the options to bend the day your way.

- (ONLINE) Book a 2-ride bundle and add a full price single (PP): This way you’ll get 3 rides in any order, with time breaks to suit you. Again, the booking system won’t let you book these too close together. You won’t get any discount on the single ride, but it does allow you greater flexibility. Arrive early (9-10am).

- (ONLINE + ON THE DAY) Book a 2-ride bundle ONLINE to secure at least 2 rides and then we might be able to “BOLT-ON” (add more rides)

at the till point for a fiver off each ride, per person (we’ll always honour the offer so long as there’s space, it’s subject to availability!) The offer only applies to customers who have already done a ride on the same day.

- (ON THE DAY) It’s much safer to travel knowing you’ve got a booking secured. We get very busy, especially on weekends and school holidays. Where possible, we can help you build a day at the till point but it’s not recommended as availability on the day is usually fragmented and scarce whilst our Check-In assistants are often busy signing people in. You’ll need to arrive early (9-10am) and see what’s still up for grabs.

- (OVER THE PHONE) We do not take phone bookings. Our advice is plan ahead, secure your slots ahead of the day, arrive on time and enjoy the ride(s)!!

Cancel by phone (01579 308 204) or onsite before 4.00PM the day before your visit and we’ll refund or postpone your booking. Refunds may take up tp 5 working days to process. Cancel by phone (01579 308 204) or onsite after 4.00PM the day before and we’ll offer to postpone your booking. You can reschedule your postponed booking by logging into your customer account and selecting your new date/time.

Gift Vouchers and promotional codes should be redeemed at check out by putting the code in our Voucher/Promo box in the basket. If your voucher starts with 'VOU' it is for a specific activity. This voucher should be redeemed by calling our office team on 01579 308204.

You will need to allow an hour between rides. Our website will alert you while you’re making a booking if the time you’ve allocated between slots is too short. To do multiple different rides, use the Add More Rides button in your basket. The Aquapark, Axe Throwing and Grand Prix are fixed sessions, put them in your basket first and plan the other rides around them. Our booking system automatically takes you back to the same date. If you wish to book on multiple days, you’ll need to make separate bookings online.
