Dartmoor Prison Museum sits just outside the walls of the main prison itself with its own car park. We are dog friendly and offer a discounted family ticket for 2 adults and up to 3 children, children under 5 are admitted free. Additionally we offer a discounted concessionary rate for groups of 10 or more.
We have a quiz sheet for children to complete and all successful completions earn a certificate of parole. Wealso offer an Easter, halloween and Christmas trail during the school holidays where everyone gets a prize.
Our courtyard area has a seating area where you can eat your oicnic. Unfortunately we do not have any catering on site at the moment but there are plenaty of cafes within Princetown itself.
