Chagford Swimming Pool is an open air, river fed public pool. The temperature of the water is maintained with solar pool covers. It is just 10 minute's walk from Chagford town centre and car parking at the pool is limited so please walk or cycle if you can.
There is also a very popular toddler pool, complete with toy boats, watering cans, and ducks. Chagford Swimming Pool is situated within the glorious Dartmoor National Park so there's not just a grassy area for sunbathing at one end, chairs and tables at the other and wooden decking along each side, but a whole gorgeous park further afield (no pun intended!).
With refreshments available from the tea shed or picnic space available. All just 10 minute's walk from Chagford town centre and a few minute's drive from the A30, open late May till early September.
