Attraction Information

At Bressingham Steam Experience there are 4 railways to explore here plus collections of vintage locomotives to coo at, plus a National Dad's Army collection for those who remember the show.

More appealing to the kids will be the 20 acres of running and playing space with over 8,000 species of plant and flower involved, which are great for exploring and playing traditional games.

The Nursery Railway is a 2ft gauge 2 ½ mile long track; The Garden Railway is a 10.25 gauge and runs for 1,350 yards; the 15 inch Waveney Valley Railway is a longer trip taking you in a cross country circuit and the standard-gauge demonstration line only runs on special occasions and events day but offer footplate rides to over 13s which are pretty cool!

There are Pedal Snails for 6 to 12 year olds on a custom track, 9 holes of 1960s style crazy golf, Toy Set Carousel style ride, Mini Waltzers, and Super Dodgems too! Plus traditional fairground games such as Ball in the Bucket, Hook-a-Duck, Coconut Shy and Test your Strength Striker are also waiting to nibble at your pocket money! Coin operated rocker toys for the smalls plus an Old Time Penny Arcade will happily eat up what's left!
