About Barnville
Barnville is the newest indoor role play area in Suffolk. It is aimed at younger children, and set in an environment which allows for safe play with parents always at hand to help out and enhance their learning experience. Our high quality toys are designed to enhance early learning and imaginative play, and has quickly become the favourite destination for our target ages and their parents and care-givers.
Barnville is located at Stonham Barns Park with ample free parking only a short distance from the play area. Families can find a range of activites to do whilst on the site, including the popular Owl Sanctuary, Crazy Golf, Cafe's, and unique shops. Theres plenty to make a day of it for all ages!
Barnville is located inside Mamiina baby and toddler shop where a range of quality wooden toys and baby accessories are available to peruse. Whats more, if you spend £40 in-store during your visit to the role play area, we automatically deduct the price you have paid for a single child spot, effectively giving you a free 90 minute play session for your little ones. Most of the toys in the play area our available to purchase in our store, so it's also an ideal opportunity to get hands on with the toys and see what your child enjoys playing with the most...you might be surprised at what they gravitate towards in a new environment!
Local families love visiting us for how convenient it is, scoring us highly for everything from how easy we are to park and find, to the unique experience the play area offers their little ones.
With only 8 child spaces available in each of our 3 daily sessions, spaces are limited, and whilst we do accept walk-ins if there is availability, we do strongly recommend booking ahead of your arrival to avoid disappointment.
Delightful indoor role play area for early learning fun
Barnville indoor play area is full of toys specially designed for early learning and development of children aged 1-5 years old. Parents love Barnville due to it's small size which makes it perfect for little ones to play and learn in a safe environment, never far from their parent's watchful eye. Don't fancy spending your day running around a large soft play area trying to find your little ones? Then Barnville is the perfect answer. Grab a coffee and snack from one of the on-site vendors to enjoy with your friends whilst your children play. Ample traditional wooden toys feature throughout the play area, all matching the theme of each section. Your children can go from the construction yard, to the cafe...or from cooking in the playhouse, to exploring the dinosaur cave.
Unique toys for stimulating learning whilst having endless fun
Our toy selection has been carefully thought about and even sourced from as far a field as Australia. Our well stocked cafe features coffee for connosiers, to ice creams, pizza's, and even a popcorn machine for the children to play with. Every section of the play area is decorated in its own unique theme to create a lifelike experience for children as they role play. They may be serving their friends tea and biscuits over the counter, or dressing up and playing construction. For the extra little ones there are pleny of sensory and wooden toys to keep them entertained.
Imaginative play is at the heart of what we offer
Every child has a different favourite area they like to explore at Barnville. but they are not limited to just one area. They can take the toys anywhere they please, this is what role play is all about. If you visit us at the end of one of our busy sessions you will see exactly what we mean. We often find toys in the most bizarre places which makes us giggle and ask ourselves what was going through their little minds?
All our toys are inspected daily, with any damaged items discarded and immediately replaced. As a result every single toy in our play area is safe and functional. Unlike some play areas where half the toys are broken, or missing vital pieces, at Barnville your children will enjoy the experience of playing with good quality toys made from natural materials, each with a strong focus on enhancing your childs developmental process.
