Yes there is dining and snack options. At Valley Farm you will find drinks and snack machines, or you can enjoy a meals, coffee and cakes in the Camargue Cafe. There are picnic tables for those who prefer to bring their own food.

Can visitors bring their own food?

Yes, guest are allowed to bring their own food There is a microwave in the Camargue Cafe so baby food or milk can be re heated to allow baby to enjoy food at the same time as the rest of the family. There are picnic areas but please leave absolutely no litter as it could harm our animals.

What about riding lessons?

Riding lessons are charged seperately. If children wish to ride it is a good idea to book in advance as during peak times there may not be space. It is possible to book private one to one lessons, or if a suitable group is running it is possible to join the group. It may be possible to book on the day, so do check with reception but if you wish to secure a place we highly reccomend booking in advance.

We offer residential pony camps. These must be booked in advance and run during the school summer holidays from Monday to Friday each week. At other times we have a family friendly camping and caravan site. Short stays of one night or longer stays if you wish.

About Valley Farm Equestrian Leisure

Valley Farm Equestrian Learning and Leisure - everything for people who love horses. Riding lessons avaialble in a variety of equestrian sports. Suitable for people who have never ridden before up to advanced levels. Have you tried riding side saddle, or carriage driving, western riding or equestrian vaulting? Regular visitors can join one of our pony clubs or train towards equestrian certificates, awards and qualifications, but if you are passing through on holiday, you are welcome to book a one off lesson or equestrian experience. Camping and caravanning for those who prefer to stay a little longer, or if you prefer your home comforts we have a lovely holiday lodge on site. For active kids who like to run around, there are several miles of farm tracks in beautiful settings through our woodland and along the banks of the river Deben.

Perfect for animal lovers

Meet the horses, ponies and other animals. Enjoy country walks round the pony paddocks and wildlife spotting in the woods. Cafe with viewing.

Accommodation on site

If you can't get enough, visitors can stay in our holiday lodge or bring your own tent/caravan and spend the night. Wake up with the wildlife, listen to the owls at night, enjoy early misty mornings watching the horses out grazing in the pasture. A perfect way to relax.

Learn to ride or try a new equestrian sport

We offer many opportunities for adults and children to learn about horses and riding. Weekend clubs, after school clubs, holiday clubs, 1/2 hour lessons. Individual or group 1 hour lessons. Birthday Parties. Residential Camps.
