Barnsley Bowl
Barnsley, South YorkshireAbout Barnsley Bowl
Classic family friendly tenpin bowling with gutter guards and ramps for the kids to give them a chance! Great family activity, especially when it's wet!
At Barnsley Bowl they go all-out to make your bowling experience absolutely perfect, whether you're having a big office party, taking the kids out or playing competitively.
Bowling's a great family activity because unless you've got a closet pro in the group it's a nice level playing field, so to speak: it's anyone's game! Especially once you pop up the gutter guards (we know you're relieved too, don't fib!) the kids stand just as much chance as you of success and how often does one get to say that, sincerely? It's also good for balance and co-ordination development, but not as good for maths skills as it used to be now we have cool automated scoring systems! You can still count your victories though!
