Play Train Kids Activity Centre is 6,500 sq ft of well organised chaos that will entertain and exhaust the small from beginning to end!
Based around a super multi-level adventure play frame crammed with all the modern features one expects, there are also a separate softer play area, a fairly epic climbing wall, a dedicated facility for playing computer games, a cute bouncy bus, 3 fantastic party rooms and a supervised arts and crafts zone! Loads, right? Wait, there's more!
How about a game of air hockey, or a warble on the karaoke? You can sit and laugh at the visiting entertainers, visit the little shop, coo at the cool bubble machine and play with the countless developmental toys, too! After exposure to all that you'll also appreciate the Quiet Zone with books and drawing table.
Plus, there's an outdoor fair weather play garden which features sandpits, astro turf and numerous Wendy houses. There are also picnic tables and nice shady areas provided out here, they've thought of everything!
Parents can look forward to luxury toilets, great changing facilities, an especially healthy cafe experience, internal CCTV, ample parking, free wifi and comfy seating. Plus the baby changing is in the unisex toilet so, for a nice change, the dads are as conveniently catered for as the mums. Welcome home!

Good value play centre. 5 out of 5 stars
We took my 3yr old son here and he enjoyed it, the admission fee was very reasonable as we had 3 adults and a child. Cafe had variety of food/drink to cater for most people and the facilities were ok. Will visit again in the future.Anonymous
A lovely play centre 4 out of 5 stars
A lovely play centre. I visit at least once a week with my two boys aged 2 and 4, and they never tire of it. Loads to do with a big play frame, building zone, baby area, loads of toys and an imaginative play area. The food is all freshly cooked on site and the coffee is great. Staff responsive to suggestions and the whole area is clean and well kept. Extras like the disco and bubble machine keeps things fresh. Never too hot or too cold like other soft plays can be!Anonymous
6 kids, 6 hours of fun! 4 out of 5 stars
I visited Play Train for the first time today with my three children, plus my sister and her three little ones. The kids aged 6, 5, 4, 3 & 2 had a brilliant time and soon disappeared just after we arrived at 10am and only returned back to our table for sips of milkshake or nibbles of snacks. We were there 6 hours without a single child asking to leave! There is so much for them to do and it's a great lay out with plenty of seating for adults and bouncers/highchairs for tiny ones. The prices were reasonable for entry as well as food. Only a couple of reasons for 4* instead of 5* review which is the staff situation on the food till & lack of kitchen staff. The ladies who served us were lovely but they clearly were in need of a couple more pairs of hands as the food ordering process was not as smooth as it could have been and the food quality wasn't the best (tasty panini but unfortunately it was cold). Also the toilets look a little run down and there was loo roll missing in one cubicle which wasn't replaced the whole time we were there. Hand dryer wasn't working and the floor by the sinks was wet every time I went in - easily done with little hands using them all day but more frequent staff checks would have stopped it gettinf quite so wet. We will definitely be returning and are really pleased we visited today!Lover0605
