Riverside Gardens and Play Area
Maidenhead, BerkshireAbout Riverside Gardens and Play Area
Riverside Gardens and Play Area offers a family cafe, crazy golf and a range of sturdy, multi age suited children's play equipment as well as natural green space for them to run around in. Bring your frisbee!
The adventure play facilities on offer here include 3 differing climbing play structures - 2 with slides and 1 with climbing wall, a modern spinning sit-on ride, a partially enclosed safety swing area and a set of proper swings for older kids, sea saw, stepping blocks, flying fox swing, sand pit and several sit on spring riders. There is plenty of seating next to the sand pit which is adjacent to the playground, so bring a picnic and make a day of it!
Cafe and Crazy Golf are privately managed (the rest of the park is council) for opening times and fees please ring. The crazy golf is a slightly antiquated concrete based affair, so maybe best not to mention that bit and decide on the day based on a quick assessment while the kids are busy enjoying the playground.
