Swimming outdoors at Wycombe Rye Lido is not only gloriously refreshing on a hot day, it can also boost wellbeing, aid sleep and increase metabolism if you brave a dip on cooler days too!
A visit to the large heated outdoor pool is like spending an afternoon or day on holiday without the flight, hassle or cost! One of Britain’s top 20 lidos, it’s recently been through a £200,000 refurbishment and now features lots of sports facilities from a gym, a range of fitness classes, football and tennis courts and a café.
Back in the water the small heated shallow children’s pool is ideal for new or novice swimmers to help them grow in confidence in a safe space. You can also enjoy general swim sessions, one-to-ones or family inflatables in the indoor pool.
