About Absolutely Karting
Absolutely Karting is great for families to have a bit of fun and get the adrenaline going.
Budding petrol heads will enjoy trying to master the demanding track using the 270cc GT5 karts, with a range specially designed to cater for kids as young as 8.
A full safety briefing is given, which kids will be expected to take seriously. Bad behaviour on the track could result in being ‘black flagged' so please ask the kids to bear this in mind when they drive.
Safety helmet and gloves are provided as well as a coverall to wear. It may be a good idea to wear lightweight clothes underneath or you could get quite hot.
There is the option to arrive and drive, although these actually need to be booked in advance to avoid disappointment because they're very popular! Encouraging!
There is also a Race Academy the kids can join if they wish to improve their skills and lap time. Lessons include information about advance techniques and ways to improve their speed.
