BHS approved Aescwood Farm Childrens Riding School offer a variety of well mannered mounts for indoor and outdoor lessons, which are available from 4 years upwards but generally speaking they stop around 12: which is good in a way because you know the whole place is absolutely geared toward children specifically.
The outstanding location enables indoor and outdoor riding experiences, including riding through Hodgemoor Wood. Children are taught how to care for the ponies as well as how to ride them, and certificates are awarded to acknowledge their achievement and encourage their efforts.
In addition to riding lessons, the friendly folks at Aescwood Farm hold Fun Days and kids' Horse Shows with plenty of rosettes to win. If you are looking to offer your child an exciting and unusual birthday party they will never forget, look in to their riding school birthday parties. Aescwood Farm is very popular, space is limited and demand is high, so be sure to book well ahead of time or you simply won't get in!
