Featuring three swimming pools and a packed programme for kids, including award-winning swimming lessons, Harborough Leisure Centre is the perfect space to take your little ones for an active family day out in Market Harborough.
Fancy a day at the beach any time of the year? The leisure centre has a shallow ‘beach area pool’ (depth 0-0.8 m) where you can splash around and have fun together. The Tiger Pool comes complete with Octopus slide and interactive water features. From the waterfalls, to the squirty fish, the water dams and tipping bucket, your whole family will have a splashing time!
Plus there's the new, large Atlantis inflatable obstacle course - have you got the balance to stay on?!
There’s also a fabulous 25-metre, 6-lane main swimming pool where you can go for a swim, while the beginners in the family can learn how to swim at the teaching pool.
What's more, the indoor sports hall offers a range of sports and activities to keep you and your family active - including football, badminton, pickleball, table tennis and more.

Inflatable fun in the pool
Swimming just got even more fun with the large Atlantis pool inflatable at Harborough Leisure Centre! Have you got the balance to conquer the inflatable obstacle course? Available for parties and family fun sessions, suitable for children aged five years and over. You'll need one adult to take part for every 2x under 8-year-old participants, to make sure everyone stays safe while having fun.
Family swimming for all abilities
At Harborough Leisure Centre there are swim sessions are for everyone! For the littler ones who are gaining their confidence in the water there's the splash pad and beach area pool to enjoy, and everyone will enjoy the floats and fun toys in the family swim sessions. There are also special swim disco sessions!

Whether it's the kids wanting to try their hand at a new sport, or the parents looking to get some exercise in the gym or at a group class, there's something to keep everyone active at Harborough Leisure Centre. The sports hall offers 5-a-side football, badminton, basketball, netball, futsal and pickleball, and the group exercise class timetable is packed with choice - from high intensity Les Mills classes to Yoga and Pilates. The state-of-the-art gym is perfect for seasoned athletes as well as new starters, and there are junior gym sessions for youngsters starting from 11 years old.
