Wistow Maze, the winner of Leicestershire's Best Visitor Attraction, is a giant maize maze created out of 8 acres of living maize crop. Follow the fun Quiz Trail and collect clues hidden amongst the 3 miles of paths!
Watch the little ones explore from the high-level bridges and viewing towers giving you stunning panoramic views of the giant maze and surrounding countryside. Or go explore with them, and make sure you don’t miss the Activity Funyard with a variety of mini mazes, a space hopper track, football shooting game and much more!
Each year the maze is redesigned using GPS satellite technology so you’ll never do the same trail twice! For 2018, to mark the 70th Anniversary of the NHS, the maze has been designed in the shape of an ambulance and has a First Aid themed quiz trail. After all that exploring grab a quick bite to eat at Wistow Rural Centre at the cafe bistro, great end to a great day.

Birthday outing for 3 generations 5 out of 5 stars
A fun day exploring the maze, collecting the clues and finding our way out! 3 grandchildren enjoyed our picnic with sandpit and games in the courtyard, and older kids liked the football game. Across the road there is a yummy cafe with fresh food and other shops...even a model village. Grandma enjoyed the Turkish deli and carpets. A perfect day out, we will be back :)mrsogrady
