Returning this autumn - Sundown Adventures!
Back by popular demand. Experience tree top thrills in a whole new light across 25 locations for a limited time between 17th October and 9th November. Go Ape Sundown Adventures offer a new level of forest fun in the dark. Become a creature of the night as you climb through the canopy on a high ropes course lit with colourful lights. Test your skills on tree top crossings and experience the thrill of a zip wire ride into the darkness. It's a unique opportunity to enjoy the forest's beauty and experience the adrenaline rush of adventure after dark. The experience takes one to two hours, and the Go Ape team are around to help throughout. It starts with a safety briefing and harness fitting. For ages 6 and up (minimum height 1.2 metres) this is an adventure that will delight kids and adults alike.
Fun Activities For Thrill Seekers
Unleash your inner ape and tackle treetops, climb rope ladders and swing from zip-wires on two high-ropes adventures for everyone over 1m tall! Known as the Valley of Giants, you’ll feel 50ft tall as you climb, crawl and swing through the trees.
Even the youngsters can get involved here, with the Treetop Adventure course for anyone over 1m tall. You’ll find yourself ducking and diving through the Half Noughts and Crosses, flying through the air on a zip-wire and testing your bravery on wobbly bridges and intricate crossings - don’t miss the Flying Carpet too!
Remember those giants we talked about earlier? You’ll need a giant appetite for thrills to take on the Treetop Challenge, which will see you swinging through towering Douglas firs, tackling Stepping-Stones, and Stirrups. It's an exhilarating course that will definitely get your heart pumping! This epic Go Ape course adventure through the Wyre Forest takes 2-3 hours to complete.
Extend your day out for the little explorers as they continue their climbing, swinging, and running around on the outdoor adventure playground! And you can also visit the popular market town of Bewdley and take in the stunning views of River Severn.

Three miles west of Bewdley on the A456. Follow brown Forestry Commission signs from Kidderminster. Look out for the Forestry Commission "Wyre Forest Visitors Centre" and you're sure to find Wyre Forest.
