With Scotland's shortest village name, Ae is only 20 minutes from the M74 motorway in Dumfries and Galloway...But ride its trails and you will think you are in another world.
7stanes offers biking trails for everyone, no matter what their level of skill or ability and they aim to provide a great day out for all the family with many trails offering bike hire locally as well.
With a cafe and bike hire plus uplift service and a skills area, perfect for warm ups and helping you decide which grade of trail is correct for your ability this site is great for families.
The Ae Valley Route is the green-graded trail aimed mainly at families and taking you to a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the Water of Ae.
