Rock UK Whithaugh Park offers a 300m zip wire, challenging low ropes course, epic mountain biking (bike hire on site), indoor swimming, kayaking and canoeing, gorge walking and abseiling, fencing, archery and so much more: a terrific range of thrilling, bonding outdoor adventures to have as a family! Each adventure session lasts about 2 hours, so you've got plenty of time to get to grips with each thing and if you're trying several activities don't worry: they allow a decent rest and refresh break between the 4 daily sessions times.

One of the things here great for younger children is the Inflatable session with Jumping Castle, Blow Up Obstacle Course and a big, big slide! The popular water walkerz are another good one for the smalls, just try hurting yourself on one of these! Plus it's not all equipment focused: if the kids are a bit nervy about getting saddled with equipment or moving at speed, you can still give them plenty of fun exercise within their comfort zone with orienteering, the Wide Game (stealthy flag stealing game), swimming and bushcraft.
