Things to do
Take on your family members in one of the tennis centre's 4 indoor tennis courts, could you be the next Rafa Nadal? Treat your kids (aged 10 - 11) to a class in the Tennis Academy's Mini Green Tennis. New players can learn the basics of tennis while young existing players get to boost their skills on the court. There are 3 classes in a tier system based on skill and experience. It could be a healthy new challenge to take on which will teach your little ones patience, skill, sportsmanship and discipline but most importantly, they'll have fun!
Then go dive into the leisure pool with crashing, splashing waves that will make the kids feel like they have been whisked away somewhere tropical. Take a spin down a giant slide and plunge into the topaz-coloured water. You'll feel like you're in a tropical lagoon in the heated pool! You'll also find a Tides swimming pool here which is a 25-metre swimming pool, that you can book a slot for. Just make sure you do book as walk-ins are not accepted due to health and safety reasons.
If you fancy something a little more intense go work up a sweat at a huge 30-station gym, with so many machines you're bound to have a fab workout. Find a diverse range of fitness classes on the class timetable online. From midweek classes to weekend ones, whatever your schedule there's a class perfect for you.
After achieving your fitness goals go and relax in the sauna and steam room! Once you're all loosened up and you've chilled to the max, you can prepare for the rest of your day of family fun.
