Wheelchair access is available within the castle grounds, Arthur's Hall, Stone Hut, Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment, Queen Regiment Museum and WW1 Gun Emplacement. The Great Tower has ground-floor access only. Lift access in the Secret Tunnels.They have a wheelchair-accessible free-to-use mobility bus available to and from the castle.If you'd like to hire an on-site mobility scooter, you will have to book in advance by emailing dover.castle@english-heritage.org.uk

The Great Tower has access to the ground floor only. Please note that access to church is by arrangement only. The Operation Dynamo experience and the Underground Hospital are accessible by mobility scooter. They do offer their own scooters that are slightly smaller to fit through the tunnels, which visitors can use for the duration of the tours. Please note that the emergency exit route for the Underground Hospital may require visitors to climb over 150 steps. The Operation Dynamo experience is a good alternative for those who cannot do so.
