Looking for a great day out? Head down to The Bishop’s Palace and Gardens in Wells, where you’ll feel like royalty for the day! Stroll through the RHS partner gardens or explore the palace indoors, come rain or shine, there's something for all the family.

Start with discovering the 14 acres gardens, little explorers will love trying to find the Dragon’s Lair play area where you’ll get to play and run in the open space. Wonder along next to the moat and keep your eyes out for the swans and cygnets, if you’re lucky, you’ll get to see then ringing the bell for food! 

Head inside to the Palace, where you’ll get to play a great game of dressing up as you discover the beautiful medieval palace. Keep your eyes out for seasonal events, including Nature Ninjas garden sessions for little ones with green fingers.
