Looking for the perfect place for leisure swimming? This top class venue has it all, including an Olympic-sized swimming pool where you can enjoy lane swimming sessions. For those looking for a social swim, the leisure swimming pool is a relaxing place to swim, with family sessions or gentle splashes. But that's not the best part! If you're in need of some fun in the water, once you hear a siren it only means one thing...the wave machine! Be ready to tackle raging waves! Or if you like a change in pace, hop on a floaty and glide along the lazy river that gently circles around the main pool. with the wave machine and a fab lazy river to enjoy!
You'll also find a toddler and dedicated baby pool with shallow water and fab features like a mini slide and an interactive sensory wall! Not forgetting the leisure pod, and water slides! With the 2 covered flumes scaling from the top of the building, wind outside and landing in their own splash pool! Sit up for a gentle ride or lay down for super speed. Arrgh, that's not all, there's also a pirate ship to board! Will you find your mateys or walk the plank?
There are also aqua aerobics classes, a session for women, inclusive swimming sessions and quiet sessions for those looking for a quieter swimming experience.
Everyone Active also offer a full programme of swimming lessons for all ages starting from just 4 months old. Students work towards badges and certificates, collecting them at each stage. The swim teachers are all Swim England (or equivalent) qualified. Running for 50 weeks of the year you can join lessons at any time! Choose from private one-to-one lessons, adult lessons, adult and child lessons or junior lessons.

With a wide variety of health and fitness activities on offer here, you can work every part of your body and have fun doing so! You can enjoy numerous group fitness class studios, like dance fitness, bootcamp, aqua aerobics, body combat, body balance, yoga, Pilates and so much more!
There's also plenty of equipment to use in the gym for any kind of workout!
International Sports Hall
Looking to play some sport? There are 10 indoor courts to hire for badminton, 5 a side football, pickleball and volleyball - so get your trainers on, it's time for a bit of friendly competition!

Splashing Fun!
Alongside the 50m competition-standard swimming pool (which can be split into two learner pools), Ponds Forge has a 25m leisure pool that hosts fun swim sessions as well as swimming lessons. There are family swim sessions all throughout the weekend, and on a Monday too, for everyone to enjoy splashing around in the water.

For those who fancy learning a new skill, experience the thrill of diving at Ponds Forge! This world-class facility on your doorstep caters for divers of all levels, offering wet and dry training areas and platforms ranging from 1m to 10m. You can even join the local diving club to really make a splash!
