Once upon a Playtime is a play centre with an educational focus which offers a large 3 tiered adventure play structure incorporating slides, rope ladders, biff and bash and a mini sports area. The main play structure caters for children up to 12 years of age. There is also a sports area for games like mini football, basketball and hockey encouraging loads of energy burning!
A smaller area is designed to nurture and develop toddlers and pre-school children. This area includes soft play, ball pools, balance frames, smaller climbing and sliding apparatus and a car track! Plenty to keep the smallest people up, smiling and satisfied.
There is also a cafe area allowing parents to chill and the centre caters for parties with 3 options: Elite, executive and Standard. They come with bonus choices of face painting, glitter tattoos, 30 minutes of parachute play, karaoke, 30 minutes' disco music and lights or 30 minutes of Wii computer games. Friendly, safe and good value 5 out of 5 stars
We have been going since both the kids were young and have had several birthday parties here. The food is very reasonable with smaller portions for toddlers and a range of pastaand sandwiches as well as the usual pizza, sausages and fishfingers. The staff are great and they are continually improving sections of the play area. We love it hereHelen11
